Our residential
services offered includes but are not limited to Boundary Surveys, Improvement
Location Surveys, Title Surveys etc.. We not only deal directly with homeowners,
property owners and title companies, we work closely with engineers, builders
and construction contractors who are in need of precision stakeouts for new
buildings or improvements to existing structures.
A typical property survey
begins well in advance of the actual onsite service. It usually involves a
search of legal documentation concerning the property most times obtained
at the County Clerks office. We then reference any previous surveys and documentation
available that may exist and enter our found data from within our onsite fieldwork.
The onsite service is where a survey crew sets up the equiptment and begins
the establishing and locating of points referenced within the legal description,
then locating and recording existing structures, fence lines and any noted
items of all surrounding properties as needed. After the onsite data is compiled,
it is then returned to the office where it is entered, recorded and then drafted
into a detailed hardcopy showing our findings. Upon completion, the final
product is then submitted to the party requesting the service.
Our commercial
services are offered to engineers, developers, construction contractors and
so on. Site layouts submitted by an engineering firm for example require the
precision staking and layout locations needed to create or to improve.
From the setting of building
corners, column lines, parking lot layouts to curbing and drainage we are
there well ahead of the actual construction equiptment. We work along with
contractors supplying services to keep the job going without delay and on
schedule. From a single building to a complete project we are there from the
start to the final asbuilt drafting stage.
We are a registered certified
New Jersey State Public Works contractor that enables us to work on state,
county and local projects concerning new construction and the resurfacing
of public roads, parking lots etc..
Working with roadway alignments,
drainage layouts, curbing and public walkways is all in a days work. Topographical
Surveys, for both Major and Minor Sub-Divisions, Wetlands Surveys and much
more are also within our range of expertise.
